We interviewed several realtors before we listed our home in a high-demand market. While any of these realtors would have done a great job, Marty just stood out from the start. She was confident, professional, personable and candid. She had done her homework with comps and background on our house. When she proposed the selling price, she had detailed reasons to back it up. She took a totally different tactic than the others we interviewed. She was confident she could get the price and that the house would appraise – because she makes it a habit to personally attend all of her clients’ appraisals to point out the home’s amenities. Before the house went on the market, Marty worked with us to update a few areas that would add value to the sale, like new lighting fixtures and fresh paint in the foyer. I would recommend Leigh to any friend or family member looking for a realtor, and if we did decide to move in the area, we'd certainly use her! **The Selling Process** Leigh started meeting with us 6 months before we were ready to sell our home. She provided us with fantastic feedback about what improvements would likely net us money back and which we could skip. When we were actually ready to list, she helped us stage the home to show it in the best light. She also helped us price the home right - we were able to sell for over asking and at a price we thought was out of reach. We became the most expensive house on our block!
